1. Agreement

By accessing or using Kamaan ("the Service"), operated by Ertiqah ("we", "our" or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Kamaan for an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Kamaan is a content management system for product blogs and help centers. It lets you manage several sites from one dashboard, write and organize articles, translate them with AI, and deliver them to your websites through a REST API. You can also operate your content from AI assistants through the Kamaan MCP server at https://kamaan.io/mcp.

3. Accounts

You must give an accurate email address and keep access to it, because sign-in codes are sent there. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by teammates you invite and by tools you connect with your API keys or MCP authorizations. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kamaan to:

  • Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive or harmful.
  • Publish content you do not have the right to use.
  • Distribute malware or phishing, or send spam.
  • Get around plan limits, rate limits or security measures, or access accounts that are not yours.
  • Interfere with or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or provide the Service to others in a way your plan does not allow.

5. Your content

You own the content you put into Kamaan: articles, translations, images, author profiles and site settings. You give us permission to store, process, translate, display and deliver that content only as needed to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to it.

6. AI translation

Translations are produced by AI models through third-party providers. AI output can contain mistakes, so review translations before you rely on them. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish, including translated content.

7. API keys and AI assistants

API keys and MCP authorizations act on your behalf. An assistant you connect can read your content and, with write access, create, edit, translate, publish and delete it. Keep keys private, only connect tools you trust, and revoke access you no longer need. Actions taken by a connected tool count as actions on your account. Your use of a third-party assistant is also governed by that provider's terms.

8. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Each plan includes limits, such as the number of sites, team seats, API requests and AI usage, shown in the dashboard.

A plan may start with a trial. If no payment method is on file when the trial ends, the subscription ends instead of renewing. You can change plans from the dashboard. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, and changes never apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings then Manage billing in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, we do not refund partial billing periods.

10. Availability

We work to keep Kamaan available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and we are not responsible for outages caused by events outside our control, including failures of third-party services.

11. Intellectual property

Kamaan, including its software, design, documentation and trademarks, belongs to Ertiqah. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms while your account is active.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ertiqah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Kamaan and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put other users at risk or harm the Service. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use Kamaan after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith before any formal process.

16. Contact
